October 5: Waiting for the Last Person to Repent
Posted by Pastoral Care on October 5, 2021 at 12:57 pmWhy does God hold back so long when it seems that judgment should come more quickly? Peter wrote the reason: God is “…not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.” He is holding out for one last person who will repent before the clock stops ticking and time runs out.

If God is slow to judge or release His anger, so must we. Let’s pray for the grace to be long-suffering 🙏🏿

Amen! So thankful that God is so merciful, patient and so gracious to give everyone time to repent before the last person has heard the Gospel.

our God is so merciful. i believe his unconditional love pushes him to stretch out his mercy and to endure long suffering giving the last chance for that last one to repent.’
Lord may we be conscious of that and act quick before you come…as you exercise patience with us may we do as well unto others
Amen🙏
